Owned full brand lifecycle across four brands and visitor destinations in Ireland, UK, and US markets. Lead brand strategy, creative direction, integrated marketing, PR, cultural programming, and digital content. Managed multi-agency teams and budgets to deliver measurable growth in brand equity, visitor volume, and revenue.

Guinness Open Gate Brewery – Transformed into a cultural hotspot and hub for experimentation through full rebrand and reopening

  • Spearheaded end-to-end rebrand and reopening, repositioning Guinness Open Gate Brewery as the Home of Experimentation at Guinness. Led brand positioning, tone of voice, content creation, social media, and experiential campaigns.

  • Directed photoshoots and collaborated with design agencies, artists, brewers, and experiential partners to deliver a fully integrated, culturally relevant visitor experience.

  • Delivered YoY growth in footfall and exceeded revenue targets through integrated campaigns and sell-out cultural collaborations (e.g., George Motz residency, Nigerian Afrobeats series).

  • Directed a full website redesign and agile content strategy, reducing content creation costs through a local creator network.

 

Guinness Storehouse – Directed UK & US PR strategy and cultural programming for Ireland’s #1 tourist attraction

  • Generated 14.8M+ media impressions through flagship St. Patrick’s Day activation in NYC.

  • Led cultural partnerships (No Place Like Home, Culture Date with Dublin 8), elevating the Storehouse as a community leader and cultural beacon.

 

Smithwick’s Experience Kilkenny – Reversed 15 months of underperformance to achieve record commercial and brand performance

  • Took over in H2 F25, driving strong visitor growth and boosting NPS  through content and brand refresh, streamlined messaging across organic and paid touchpoints, and social media ownership.

  • Drove growth in website traffic and boosted blog engagement.

  • Reached #1 TripAdvisor ranking in Kilkenny (Apr 2025) via regional partnerships, immersive campaigns, and sold-out Simpler Life? podcast.

 

Roe & Co Distillery – Developed digital marketing and cultural programming for Dublin’s modern whiskey experience

  • Delivered St. Patrick’s Day campaign exceeding KPIs and achieving perfect NPS.
